Family Food Sort

We appreciate all of the volunteers who participate in our Family Food Sort Days and the difference it makes in our communities.

Family Food Sorts are only open to families with children between the ages of 5-10 years old. Families will bag fresh produce for the Community Produce Program. We will screen your application and contact you to confirm your reservation. Everyone in your application must be from the same household, must be able to work in close proximity to one another, and must be able to abide by Food Bank safety rules in order to be approved.

Earth Day

Celebrate globally by serving our community locally! Please join the Food Bank on Saturday, April 25, 2026, for our Earth Day Family Food Sort. Individuals and families with children as young as five years old are invited to learn about our green initiatives and "Volunteer to improve the Environment" by bagging fresh produce at our warehouse for our food distribution programs.
